How You Feel Right Now Determines What Comes Next!

Our Life is/and will be Tomorrow exactly as you Think and Feel it is Today.

I had never really thought about this, I mean really thought about it, but it was absolutely true. We go through life controlled by not only what we think, but also, and just as important How We Feel. I never really thought much about this, because I was always looking for the right thoughts or attitude. I really believed that was the key to success.

Throughout my sales career I was always told Positive Attitude was everything. All the trainers said so; so it must be true; Right?

But something was missing! I was leaving out a major piece of the equation.

Our thinking and attitude definitely determines what we accomplish in life, but we all still have negative, sad, disappointing thoughts from time to time. We will never totally eliminate negative thoughts and feelings and that is not the determining factor, but how you think and feel most of the time will determine the quality of life you live.

So how do you tell if you are on the right track or have the dominate thoughts needed to accomplish your goals?

It is really very easy… How DO You Feel Right Now? You have a God given highly accurate indicator that predicts your future outcome built right in to your very being…. IT IS YOUR FEELINGS! If you feel good and are happy with your life, you are on the right track and will succeed. If not it is easy to change by changing your thoughts.

Your thoughts control your feelings and your feelings control your life!

Here is something else that you have, that could be working against you, your subconscious. Your subconscious determines your reality by what you feed it, and here is the kicker; it doesn’t know the difference between what is real or imagined. This is why so many people have so many issues that are not justified except in their own mind. This can be your greatest asset or your biggest liability. If you are constantly thinking the worst, your subconscious will give it to you, if you think the best it will give you that as well.

So how do you change your subconscious to give you the outcome you want? Easy, Fake It!

Keep in mind the subconscious doesn’t know what is real or imagined, so if you imagine yourself to to happy and successful, your subconscious will start to believe that as well. This is why repetition is important, you can’t just say or do something once and make it true, but if you repeat the process day after day it will eventually become your reality.

Act as if you are the person you want to become right now and you will become that person.

It really is that simple!

My greatest discovery has been that how we feel determines our attitude and outcome, not the other way around. We mistakenly think once I become successful I will be happy, sorry you must be happy first!

A feeling is just a thing that you are in possession of temporarily. It is not you. If you do not like the feeling, you have the power to simply let it go. Right this very second, Let it go! Keep doing this over and over until the feelings you have make you feel good.

Keep this in mind; our feelings are usually based on the past and you can’t change the past! Start basing your feelings on right now (the present) and don’t worry about tomorrow, tomorrow will take care of itself by your thoughts today!

Now that is something you can control. So, Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

How you feel right now, will change nothing that has happened in your life; but determines everything that will happen!

The thing is; in reality the only real security you will ever have, is what you create for yourself, but regardless, we’ve got you covered .

With that said; some of you still need actual employment to be able to get things going again, so you may as well have an unfair advantage over every other applicant and have the job you want in the next 30 days or less..

This means 90% of you that want to be successful marketers won't be. This is a hot market to manipulate and take advantage of.

You Can’t Handle The Truth…

The odds are against you ever being a successful entrepreneur, and every one taking your money knows it.

So you want to be successful entrepreneur, well chances are better than not you won’t be…unless you pay attention to this.

As a matter of fact there is better than a 90% chance you will not achieve what you are capable of or what you truly want to. When is the last time an internet guru told you this cold hard truth. They won’t!

You are not going to want to hear this and it will probably tick you off, but what burns my butt is that every guru and their brother is selling you products and courses that they claim is the magic bullet to success, when they know full well that over 90% of the people that buy what they are selling will never do anything with it and will never become successful.

As a matter of fact they are banking on it, because if they believed you would really become successful with this one magic product or formula how would they continue to sell you the latest, greatest & newest best product every month. You wouldn’t need it!

If most people became successful by simply buying a course, there would be no one left to sell to. Sorry but these are the cold hard facts… Here is the funny part; you continue to buy from them over & over, some of you have collections of programs and courses, and you keep buying more. You keep telling yourself “this is the one”.

The fact of the matter is the gurus have learned how to push your hot buttons by writing sales copy that makes you want what they have so badly you will sacrifice the car payment for it, because you are going to be rich with this one.

You are hooked like a junkie is to their next fix or a gambler is to that next big winner.

You will never be successful this way. You must have the proper help and proper foundation. There is no way you will become successful by simply buying a course. There is much more to it than that.

Now I am not saying that there are not courses out there that have helped many people become very successful, but that alone is not what made them successful. I am also not saying you may not need certain tools or courses to help reach your goals. But again this is a tool; it is not what determines your success. It is not that their courses won’t work; they just won’t work by themselves, which is how they keep you hooked like a junkie buying the next best thing every month.

They are not going to tell you the real secret to success. If they did, they would lose business. You are Hooked and the Internet Guru is your Dealer. They are simply playing the numbers. Most do not care if you make it or not. What they do care about and want you to do, is to continue to buy from them. It is a numbers game and you are a number nothing more – nothing less.

Please do not misunderstand; I am not saying that many of the courses or reports you buy do not contain useful information or quality material, much of it is very good, some of it isn’t, but every guru out there knows 90% of you will do nothing with it anyway and will never address the real problem.

If you want to be successful, it will not happen simply because you bought the latest greatest course. The next day these same marketers are promoting another latest greatest course.

Here are the facts, without a goal or a plan you will not succeed and this is why smart marketers make so much money, they have goals! They know less than 10% of you have goals or even think about setting goals. They are making a fortune off of you in a planned and methodical way, like a precision instrument.

This means 90% of you that want to be successful marketers won’t be. This is a hot market to manipulate and take advantage of.

So the facts are simple over 90% of you will fail, this is a fact.

The successful marketers capitalize on this fact and sell you products that they know will do the majority (90%) no good what so ever. The Question is not whether or not this is true, IT IS! The question should be “how do I get into that top 10%?”

The average guru selling “how to courses” on becoming successful internet marketer is not going to tell you this; if they did they would eliminate 90% of their customers.

Should you give up? No, but you should be trying to figure out how to be in the Top 10%, not following what 90% of everyone else does!

Now here is the good news. It is not hard to be in the Top 10%, most people just don’t know how. And here is something even more puzzling; many people that are in the top 10% don’t really know how they did it, they just know once they did it, it wasn’t that hard, but one thing they all had was focus & goals.

It is really very simple; stop looking at things and start looking at yourself.

This should be obvious to everyone, if less than 10% become successful and everyone is using or has access to the same information, it’s not the information that determines your success, it is something else. It all starts with you and to take that a step further it starts inside of you, not outside of you. It starts with a goal and your passion!

Your Focus & Energy must be on how to get into that Successful 10%, not following the 90% majority which will never get there.

To reach the top 10% you need a Top Goal Setting Guide to get you there.

So what have you done lately to get out of your comfort zone?

We all have a tendency to get complacent. It is much easier to adjust to only doing just enough to get by and that is what 90% of the population does.If you do not have a specific desire to drive you, most of us will never do any more than we have to. Why would you?

This is normal human tendency and not totally your fault. People are not lazy! They are just not motivated! Think about it, if you have something that you really want to do or have been looking forward to you have all kinds of energy and enthusiasm.

But when it comes to our everyday life or careers for some reason we settle or accept whatever we get or comes our way. Why is this?

Your internal thermostat is set to low, and once it reaches its set point it kicks off.

We all operate at whatever level we become accustomed to and stay there, unless you raise the setting!

This is easily cured by finding what it is your passionate about and setting goals, but they must be in writing & realistic or they are only a wish. Once you do this, your goals take on a life of their own; they becomes your boss and they drive you.

You will work for no other boss like you will work for your own goals. Now raise your thermostat and get out on that edge.

If you want to learn how to quickly and easily take your life to the next level this is your lucky day……..read on…

[ Note: This article was written by fitness and nutrition author Jon Benson. I have his permission to share it with you. ]

Got a minute?

That’s all I need to share my first of many video-based 1-minute fatloss tips.

Go here for the first of many….

click—–> How To Eat Your Favorite Foods And Drop Bodyfat

My new design is something to see too.

I have my weekly live 1-minute video, tons of new features… even a “diet quiz” if you care to test your fatloss knowledge.

Plus my main presentation: “1 Tip To A Flat Belly!”

Just don’t laugh at my ballcap/unshaven look in the video… I wanted this to be super-casual, but I may have taken it a bit too far… ; )

Oh… speaking of a flat belly… I’d like to give you yet another reason to eat and workout the way I suggest in “Every Other Day Diet” and “7 Minute Body”…

I had to go to the hospital last week. No worries… I’m fine… just a bit of a scare. Definitely enough to wake you up from walking through life like it will never end! But fortunately for me, only a scare.

Anyway, the doctors in the hospital were amazed when they looked at my heart and lungs (they had to make sure I did not have any infection… and I didn’t.)

“Most 46-year-olds do not have these around their heart,” the doctor said as he showed me the pictures they took. You could see all these vessels around the heart and branching off the main arteries.

“Peripheral vessels… they were formed by your exercise program. Well-done! These help keep your heart strong and healthy.”

Every doc that listened to my heart said, “Wow… strong heart!”

Indeed… resistance training makes it so.

Before I left, after the scare went away, I asked the doctor his opinion on my dietary plan. “Well, obviously you are very lean and in fantastic shape for a man of any age.”

Thanks doc, but I wasn’t fishing for a compliment! Since this was a heart doctor I was curious as to his thoughts.

“If you had heart disease, or if you want to prevent it, this is the exact dietary plan I would recommend.”

While I expected to hear this, it was still music to my ears.

So, my higher-than-normal dietary fat and protein, lower-carb, and relatively frequent “fun food” dietplan is “ideal” to combat heart disease according to the good doc. And according to my family doctor.

Nice to know.

Read more about my plan here…

click—–> How To Eat Your Favorite Foods And Drop Bodyfat

Remember: A good dietplan and exercise is not always sufficient to keep you disease-freee… but I love what the doctor told me. “People who exercise and eat like you LIVE through it and recover much faster.”

Fortunately I didn’t have a nasty virus to recover from… but if I did, I know my condition would have helped me do just that.

I no longer want my online business to depend on its ever changing whims as to what makes a good or bad ranking.

by Harvey Segal

You read that right.

I’ve told Google to push off.

Stop spidering me.

I no longer want my online business to depend on its ever changing whims as to what makes a good or bad ranking.

I don’t want to spend time collecting thousands of backward links then find that they are probably worthless because the anchor text does not contain a suitable keyword, or the site does not have sufficient page rank, or whatever the latest algorithm is.

I don’t want to buy expensive cloaking tools and run the risk of penalization.

I don’t want to be bothered about whether a domain has a static or dynamic IP address or have to use different hosts to make a network of minisites.

What’s that you say ? You don’t need fancy tricks – just provide good relevant content.

My answer ?

Nonsense.

I have a huge content site devoted solely to ClickBank, the only one of its kind.

If you wanted to find the most relevant content for a search on the keyword ‘ClickBank’ don’t you think that would be at the top ?

Well Google used to agree with you.

It was ranked number 2, with only ClickBank.com itself at number one.

Today it is ranked … wait for it … number 426.

It is beaten out of sight by sites which have nothing to do with ClickBank but happen to mention that keyword once.

I asked a search engine expert about this and he suggested that it was due to keyword density, in other words too many mentions of the word ClickBank.

Well that has to be the case – the site is after all a ‘Complete Guide to ClickBank’

His advice – try replacing the word ClickBank occasionally e.g. use ‘CB’.

Goal Setting

“All successful people have a goal. No-one can get anywhere unless he knows where he wants to go and what he wants to be or do” – Norman Vincent Peale

Think of a goal as a target; an ambition; a dream. Allow yourself to think big. What is it you really want? What is it you want achieve in your life and want do you want to achieve in your business? What prompted you to begin your business? Where would you like to go with your career; where would you like your business to take you or where would you like to take it? What is your ultimate goal? Now is not the time to feel restricted by mundane realities: dare to dream. After all, if you’re unable to imagine the possibilities, those possibilities can never become realities.

Why should I set goals?

Setting yourself a goal in life is a powerful way of motivating yourself to turn a dream into a reality. Setting yourself some goals in the running of your business will have an equally powerful effect. Once you set yourself a goal, you’ve created a vision of your future. Perhaps you have a particular financial goal in mind; perhaps your desire to be self-employed stems from the goal of achieving a particular lifestyle but knowing what it is you want to achieve allows you to focus your efforts on what you’ll need to do to get you there. Having that focus means you’re able to concentrate on the things that are really important in your life and you’re also less likely to become distracted by the things that really aren’t!

“If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time” – Author Unknown

How do I set goals?

Once you’ve set your sights on your ultimate goal, next you need a series of lesser goals to help you achieve it. Think of these smaller goals as stepping-stones to help you progress towards your bigger goals.

It’s often said that the game of golf reflects life. In golf, the ultimate goal is to complete the entire course but to do that, eighteen individual holes must be played. Each of these holes becomes a smaller, stepping-stone goal towards the big goal of playing the whole course and each hole in itself requires another set of mini goals to be put in place as a hole-in-one is a rare occurrence.

Think of life the same way. Plan a series of stepping-stone smaller goals to help you reach your big goal. Setting manageable mini goals in place will not only help you to stay on track but will also help to keep you motivated when the ultimate goal feels a long way off. Applying the same techniques in your business life will help to promote continuing growth and keep you on target to realizing your ultimate ambition.

Goals can be described as long-term, your ultimate goal, or short-term, your mini goals but all goals must be smart goals to be effective:

S – specific

What exactly is it that you want to achieve?

Perhaps your ambition is to be rich. How rich? Maybe you dream of being successful. How successful? The desire to be rich and successful is a goal but it’s not a specific goal. The ambition to be rich could be made more specific by changing it to, ‘I want to have one million dollars in my bank account.’ The dream of being successful could be made more specific by changing it to, ‘I want to win the Business Of The Year award.’

M – Measurable

It must be possible to measure exactly the outcome of each goal set. For example, it would be very easy to measure the goal of having one million dollars in your bank account but it would be difficult to measure just being rich. At what point would you know you’d achieved the goal of being rich? If you dream of running a successful business, how would you quantify success?

A – Achievable

All goals, whether long-term or short-term, must be based on reality but this should never prevent you from aiming high. Becoming a multi-millionaire is realistic; winning a prestigious award is realistic, but aiming to achieve everything by close of business today is not!

R – Recorded

Without accurate records, it becomes impossible to track progress – or indeed, lack of it! If goals can be measured, they can be recorded and by keeping up-to-date records it becomes possible to ensure that all mini goals are keeping you on target towards your big goal. It’s important that all of your efforts achieve worthy results and keeping records allows you to note where adjustments may be needed to keep you on the right track.

T – Timed or Time-Phased

By when will you have one million dollars in your bank account? In what year will you win the Business Of The Year award? Setting yourself carefully planned short-term goals can really help to keep your motivation high and achieving regular mini goals will boost your confidence, keeping you going when the going gets tough.

“Write it down. Written goals have a way of transforming wishes into wants; cant’s into cans; dreams into plans; and plans into realities. Don’t just think it – ink it!’

- Author Unknown

Can I Change My Goals?

Writing down your goals creates a sense of commitment but you’re not writing them in stone!

If planned goals are proving too difficult to achieve, motivation levels are likely to drop. This is also the case if goals are proving too easy to achieve. Research has shown that the most effective goals are realistic and challenging. Experience, along with trial and error, will determine how effective your planned goals actually are. The important thing to remember is that goal setting is just the beginning of a journey. Circumstances may change along the way, unexpected opportunities may arise, and the outcome of smaller goals may affect your approach to bigger goals. Be flexible – change can be a good thing.

Can I Side-Step?

Goal setting is a process that allows you to chart a path through your personal life or the life of your business. Although it’s important to plan your route, an equally important element of the goal setting process is to be flexible. It’s unlikely that your journey through life will follow one straight road so you must be prepared to navigate your way around occasional obstacles that attempt to block your chosen path.

In the game of golf, you may be aiming for the putting green as you take a swing at the ball but then find yourself in some rough ground at the edge of the fairway. This wasn’t part of your plan but it doesn’t mean ‘game over.’ As a golfer, you would simply continue to aim for the green with your next shot, planning that shot from where the ball landed.

This can be mirrored in the game of life. You may miss your target, your stepping-stone goal, but it’s not ‘game over’ in terms of achieving your dream. It wasn’t part of your plan but it must be viewed as nothing more than a side-step. Taking a side-step may add a little time to your journey but it needn’t prevent you from reaching your planned destination.

“In achieving your goals, you may run into roadblocks. Don’t let that stop you, go around, over, or under. If you are committed to your goal you will find a way”

- Catherine Pulsifier

What Happens When I Get There?

Arriving at your planned destination may be the end of one journey but this simply means it’s time to begin another. Achieving one goal creates an opportunity to set another. Goal setting should be a continuing process. Experience gained on your journey will allow you to broaden your horizons. Success builds success. Achieving your personal goals builds self-confidence and achieving your business goals builds the business world’s confidence in you. Set yourself some new goals. Continue to think big – think bigger! Continue to aim high – aim higher!

“You have to set goals that are almost out of reach. If you set a goal that is attainable without much work or thought, you are stuck with something below your true talent and potential” – Steve Garvey

Believe it or not you can get lean by eating fast food.

I know, it sounds crazy… but in a few weeks I’m going to prove it to the world with the release of my newest mini e-book “Fast Food Fitness: How I Dropped 40lbs Eating Fast Food Every Day.”

Do you think I’m joking? I’m not.

Of course there’s a WAY to eat fast food and drop the pounds. You can’t just eat like everyone else does. That’s common sense.

And believe me, there are more healthy ways to drop the pounds than eating fast food… for sure.

But the way I figure it: Would you rather be healthIER and lean or UNhealthy and overfat?

Silly question… so consider “Fast Food Fitness” a path to the lesser of two evils… and one that actually got me to 10% bodyfat (that’s pretty lean!) a few years ago.

Here’s how it started:

I simply hate to cook! I have since solved that problem… I hired a part-time chef (it’s cheaper than it sounds)… but until two years ago I was eating out every single meal… I mean EVERY MEAL.

Most of the time… not all of the time, but most of the time… these meals were fast food joints like burger joints and even fried chicken places.

But I had to keep my physique, so … what to do?

Well… you’ll have to wait. At least a few weeks.

If you want the book for half-price, you have to own a copy of “Every Other Day Dietplan”… everyone who owns a copy before “Fast Food Fitness” hits the Internet will get half-off.

So go here if you don’t have EODD yet …

click—–> My Favorite Foods Fatloss-Plan

Here’s 3 of my top 25 fast-food diet-tips… just these 3 will take you 1/3 of the way there…

First, use my Half-n-Half Principle. Order whatever you are going to order and then have the person behind the counter cut the order exactly in HALF.

Half to go… half to eat there.

Eat half now…. then the other half 3-4 hours later. Believe it or not you will store less bodyfat and even increase your metabolism eating like this.

Simple trick… give it a shot.

Second, ditch all the starch. That means buns, bread and anything made of flour. BUT here’s the “still tastes good” trick I use. I keep ONE of the pieces of bread from, say, my hamburger. Then I “pick” at it while I enjoy the meat and either a small diet soda or tea. Eat no more than 5 “picks” at the bread… about half a slice. You still get the exact taste of a burger with none of the stuff that makes most people over-fat.

Third, for you chicken lovers, split your order between fried and baked chicken. KFC has excellent baked chicken… try it. Then strip most of the skin off the fried chicken. Not all… most.

You still get the taste, but with far fewer bad food-stuffs and calories…. make sense?

Enjoy the tips… but remember, the healthiest (and tastiest) way to eat is still my Every Other Day Dietplan, which works in your favorite foods each week….

[ Note: This article was written by fitness and nutrition author Jon Benson. ]

It was the weirdest thing …

I mean, I’ve been around you know? I’ve had just about every body and fatloss experience you can think of… the good, the bad, the ugly…

… and now the really bizarre.

Here’s the story:

I took off on an 8-day cruise to the Caribbean. This was a “business” cruise (yeah, right)… and I knew there was no way to eat the way I prefer to eat. At least not ideally. After that I had to speak in Tampa Florida at a fitness summit, then off to Las Vegas for yet another summit meeting.

All-in-all I was gone for almost three weeks.

First thing that I knew had to go was my “ideal” dietplan.

That’s my “Extreme” Plan on the Every Other Day Dietplan…

Every Other Day Dietplan

There are three plans in EODD: The Primer Plan, which is literally “every other day”. You get to eat your favorite foods within reason every other day or so on this Plan. It’s perfect for folks who ‘hate’ dieting because, let’s face it, anyone can diet-for a day, right? Right.

Then there’s the Lifestyle Plans. These are two days of “burn eating” followed by a day of eating favorite foods. Most people use this because it too is so simple to use.

Then for we athletes and fitness pros there’s the Extreme Plan. This is for ultimate bodyfat loss and muscle-shaping. I love this plan.

But hey… it’s a vacation. And so I decided to eat on the Primer Plan… remember, that’s every other day. So every other day on the cruise I had a small dessert (sometimes two), pizza, or pasta… whatever I wanted within reason. The days before I did perfectly, substituting my morning shake for egg white omelets with a bit of cheese and a lot of veggies. Yum!

Within three days I had LOST more than 4 lbs… or about 2 kg. Pure fat… well, a bit of water I suppose, but mostly that stubborn bodyfat around my middle that’s the last to go.

What the heck was going on?

Wait… the story gets better…

I move on to Tampa, and then Vegas, and now I’m 11 lbs (about 5 kg) down. My jeans ALL require a belt, only this time it’s not a fashion statement.

Frankly, I’m as surprised as you may be.

But I figured out why this happened. And I want to share it with you so you can use EODD (or another plan if you want… but mine is the best… : ) when you go on vacation or take a break.

Here’s why I dropped the last bit of my bodyfat:

First, I was on a VERY large cruise ship. I knew my weight training would not be as intense (the weights were not that heavy) but I also knew I could just make it work… train a bit more and go for the “pump”… just a good, quick workout. I ended up training 5 days on the cruise without a problem (and only ONE day of cardio for 20 minutes… you see, you do NOT need cardio to dump bodyfat!)

But the difference was in the WALKING. The ship was the largest ever built… the size of 2.5 football fields. And I walked everywhere… on the islands, on the boat, even to every meal. Just walking burned off FAR more calories than my normal lifestyle, which like most of you has a lot of sitting down to it. ; )

Walking… my favorite “Cardio” to this very day.

———————————————————————-|

My Supplement Tricks

———————————————————————-|

Second, I took extra potassium, along with all of my Radical Fatloss Blueprint Supplements. I carried them all on board.

You can read more about the supplements I take for “radical” fatloss here:

www.radicalfatlossblueprint.com

The two that really did the trick for me was the Aqualize (also known as Acquacil), only 1-2 a day, along with the amino acids.

Finally, I realized that I need MORE food than I’m eating now in order to increase my metabolic rate. Just a bit… about 400 calories a day more than I have been eating. Doing just that rebooted my metabolic rate and presto… 11 lbs of bodyfat and useless water is history. My abs have never looked better.

I hope this gives you some encouragement when it comes to being on the road or on vacation. With the right plan (like EODD and Radical Fatloss) you can actually improve your body…

… and best of all, I enjoyed every minute of my vacation!

P.S. An important note was that I made a decision not to drink on the cruise or elsewhere. I had one small glass of wine last night to celebrate with my largest affiliate and business comrade. He flew in from Israel just for this meeting, and it was the least i could do. Roei and I had a blast all day.

The reason drinking is a problem is that alcohol shuts down fat-burning for several hours… sometimes longer. But a glass of wine or two a week is not going to hurt you. I just made that one small “sacrifice” so I could enjoy ice cream, pizza (I ate four slices one night at 3:00am and woke up leaner!) and all the yummy food the boat had to offer.

So, my final tip: Make a decision to cut out just ONE thing when you’re on the road. Alcohol was easy for me as I do not drink that much as it is.

Read more about my personal dietplan and my supplement plan here….

Every Other Day Dietplan
